Personalized Herbal and CAM (Complimentary Alternative Modalities) Assessments can be helpful for many issues including fertility, hormonal imbalances, menstrual issues and other areas of womb and body wellness.
Since beginning my own journey with healing hormonal imbalances and fertility issues over 25 years ago, I have collected so much herbal and complimentary alternative modalities (CAM) knowledge through courses, study and personal experience. While I have assisted friends and birth clients in these areas, I’m now happy to provide this as a stand-alone service as I have always been an Herbalist at heart!
There are many options out there for women to utilize in their health journeys and each woman needs to engage the medical system as she sees fit.
This, however, is not that.
This is woman-to-woman sharing of knowledge. This is assistance in looking at your concerns with someone else’s eyes, listening ears, and servant’s heart. The information provided to someone in a personalized assessment are not medical recommendations, directives or diagnoses. Instead, it’s simply information sharing of time-honored information using modern studies, resources and evidence.

How Does It Work?
By filling out an in-depth, holistic, online intake form where we explore areas such as your menstrual cycle, digestive system, and overall health history, as well as assessing your stress levels, nutrition, and diet, together we gather a comprehensive understanding of your unique needs. My goal is to provide you with a holistic approach to support your overall health and address your specific areas of concern.
With this information, I create a personalized assessment that incorporates various suggestions that detail to enhance your well-being. This may include recommendations for -
herbal teas
customized herbal tinctures
herbs that you can choose to conveniently blend into capsules
tailored nutrition and diet suggestions
effective stress management techniques, and even the use of soothing aromatherapy
Also provided in your Assessment are suggestions and resources for Complimentary Alternative Modalities (CAM) such as Chiropractic care, Pelvic Floor Therapy, types of massage, muscle testing, tapping, mental health resources and more. \
All suggestions in your Assessment come with detailed descriptions of the actions and qualities of the herbs in order to understand why they were chosen, along with explanations of nutritional suggestions and CAM options.
For clients who want these tinctures and/or blends personally created for them, as opposed to creating them yourself or purchasing them elsewhere, options are available!
Getting Started
First step is to fill out the Intake form below. Once it is completed, you will receive an invoice for services and the Hold Harmless Agreement within 24 hours. Compensation is $75, payable by your choice of Square or Cash App.
After the intake form, Hold Harmless Agreement and compensation are received, you will receive your Personalized Assessment via email in about a week. All Clients can opt to have a complimentary 30-minute Zoom call to go over any questions or concerns you may have.
What can I do with the information provided to me?
Clients can take the herbal information provided in their Personalized Assessment do the following:
Take the information provided and create the blends, teas, tinctures suggested themselves.
Purchase teas, tinctures and blends from companies they research or health food/vitamin shops in their community or online. You may or may not find the exact blends found in your Assessment.
or…
Work with me in creating the custom teas, blends and tinctures you’re interested in. This option requires compensation for the supplies and creation of the items that is determined individually as depending on what you choose you have made. I typically provide a 3 month supply, as this is a good amount of time to reassess and make any needed adjustments to your blends.
